COVERcrete DRY MIX
The two component Groco Premix Thinset mix consists of a cement and sand matrix. The user then adds the desired amount of concrete additive and water to achieve the desired level of bonding. The additive is a premixed vinyl acetate emulsion with mildewcide and algaecide. It is formulated to a specific weight solids level of 42% for better bonding to concrete. It may be used to fortify lightweight concrete mixtures or as a pre bonding agent.
 
Concrete Additive Recommended Ratio in Dry Mix
One-half to one gallon of additive is recommended for a 50 pound bag of dry mix.
After concrete additive, a small amount of water can be used to adjust to a desired consistency.
 
How much dry mix do I need?
A 50 pound bag of dry mix can cover 50-100 square feet.  Thickness may range from 3/16" to 1/2".
 
COVERcrete OVERLAY
The COVERcrete Overlay is designed to be applied on top of the COVERcrete Premix concrete base to create deeper effects in concrete surface like cobblestone or tile. It is a system that allows to convert your concrete surface with many different texture designs, up to 1 inch layer of concrete, which may be color coated and sealed with an acrylic finish. It is a perfect way to upgrade your pool decks, porches, sidewalks, and driveways.
 
How much overlay do I need?
A 50 pound bag of overlay can cover 75 square feet.  Thickness is applied to desired effect (i.e., like cobblestone)
